Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wallify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Wallify.
User Conduct
- • No offensive, abusive or illegal content
- • No harassment or harmful behaviour
- • No spam, phishing or malicious activity
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload to Wallify.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Wallify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute that content solely for operating the event wall and related features.
You must not upload content that violates third-party rights.
Event Participation Rules
- • Follow organizer-specific rules at all times
- • We may moderate or remove content at our discretion
Anonymous Participation
Wallify allows participants to upload photos without creating an account.
To enable features such as deleting your own uploads, Wallify stores a randomly generated anonymous identifier on your device. This identifier does not directly identify you and is only used to associate uploads from the same device.
If you clear your browser data, use private browsing, switch devices, or otherwise lose this identifier, Wallify may no longer be able to verify ownership of your uploads.
Deleting Your Content
If your device still contains your anonymous identifier, you may delete your own uploaded photos directly from Wallify.
If your anonymous identifier is lost or unavailable, Wallify cannot verify ownership of anonymous uploads. In this case, you should contact the event organizer, who may remove the content where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Wallify is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any damages, losses or issues resulting from use of the platform.
